NEZERWA ORPHANAGE

Hello everyone, My name is MBONIMPA CAPITOLINE, I am 47 years old from Burundi. Growing up I didn't have a place like other people call home. I wish I knew what it was like to have parents around me. Thank God that I might not have a place like home but I hade people that made me feel like I was at home and welcomed, that place was NEZERWA Orphanage. NEZERWA was created for people like us, they feed us, clothes us, schooler us and gave us hope of a bright future.

Furthermore, I am now responsible of NEZERWA Orphanage where I grew up. I took over this Orphanage in 2006 when the founder died, Since I was the oldest of all the children, I didn't know what to do. In fact, had to step up and take charge of the Orphanage so that myself and the other children could no longer return to the streets.

Moreover, the Orphanage now has 56 children whose ages vary between 2 months and 22 years old who need to live in a healthy and appropriate environment. I have no job or any source of income that help to feed and educate these children. At this time, I am coming this way today to implore your generosity to help with anything both material and financial, so that I can be able to provide for the needs of these children. People of good will sometimes help us with food but it's not enough to alleviate the hunger of all the kids. I will be so desperate if I can not longer provide and take fully responsibility of these poor children. Consequently, they will all go onto the streets and become another social problem. This is why I'm deeply asking for your help so that together we can bring a smile of hope to the future of these children. Anything is enough, big or small. Lets these orphans kids know that there's someone that care and that someone is you.
