NFFC Commemorative Plaque
Donation protected
In 2016 we held a gathering at the Orange Tree on Shakespeare Street in Nottingham city centre to mark 150 years of Nottingham Forest. The pub was formerly known as the Clinton Arms and it was this venue where fifteen individuals met in 1865 to form Nottingham Forest Football Club.
We are fundraising to install a plaque on the building to commemorate this meeting and honour those who played a role in establishing NFFC.
The plaque has the support of the Nottingham Civic Society, the Orange Tree management and the Chairman and wider board at Forest.
You can find more information on our motivations behind the plaque fundraiser at https://www.forzagaribaldi.com/clinton-arms-commemorative-plaque/.
We would be hugely grateful for your support.
