Nguyen's Family Accident Medical Bill

On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, my brother's family Henry and Diem Nguyen along with their 2 children, Selena (a 5-years-old girl) and Simon (a 3-year-old boy), were on a family road trip from their home in Portland Oregon to Southern California to visit their aunt. Unfortunately, the Nguyen family was involved in a severe car accident when a car collided into theirs from behind.
Mama Diem and baby girl Selena were flown into nearby Southern California hospitals due to the severity of their injuries while baby boy Simon was rushed to the hospital with his father in an ambulance. Baby girl Selena and baby boy Simon were transported to a children’s hospital while Mama Diem is being treated at a separate hospital. Luckily papa Henry was not injured from the crash.
Mama Diem ended up breaking both her legs and right arm, and completely severed her toes.
Baby girl Selena injuries also consist of two broken legs, a broken right arm, and a deep cut on half of her pelvic area.
Baby Simon sustained external deep injuries to both his feet.
Papa Henry is traveling between two hospitals from a nearby accommodation to take care of his wife and children as they continue to get treated.
With such an unexpected tragedy, the family will be needing financial assistance as they navigate through this harsh reality away from their home in Oregon. Papa Henry, the breadwinner of the family will not be bringing in income for as long as he will be taking care of his family in the hospital. Mama Diem, who worked as a medical assistant, will not be working for the time being until she fully recovers.
We would greatly appreciate anything anyone can give. All donations collected through this gofundme page will go towards the Nguyen’s family living expenses away from home, current and future medical expenses, as well as any other expenses that may incur as a result of this incident.
