Help Rick get back on his feet

At around 430 Christmas Eve morning, my brother Rick's living space caught on fire. We are told he ran through the house waking everyone up and then once everyone was out and safe he tried to put the fire out with a garden hose before the fire department arrived. As a result of his efforts, everyone got out of the fire alive. But his efforts cost him and he is in intensive care in Victoria in an induced coma and 10% of his body has 2nd degree burns.

He has lost everything, but he is alive and for that we are grateful.

While Rick focuses on his physical and mental recovery, we would like to help raise money for him to get back on his feet. He will need to buy EVERYTHING that was lost in the fire, including replacing the ignition in his car. Rick needs his car to work. He will also need to replace furniture, clothing and other household items.
