Help to get dental implant (LADD syndrome)

Hi, my name is Michael. I was born with a medical condition called LADD syndrome (Lacrimo-auriculo-dento-digital). It has effected me all my life with not being able to produce saliva correctly. Due to this I was supposed to lose my adult teeth by the age of 14. I have been lucky to make it to 26 with quite a bit of pain and discomfort. Unfortunately it has come to the point that I need to get my teeth replaced. I am looking to get implants one day. Procedures quickly add up 19 impacted extractions $800 ea., 1 crown extraction $1400, 3 wisdom extractions $1,000-$3000 ea. and dental impants $13,000-90,000 (overall $32,600-$115,600). Hoping that I'll not only have a new smile, but I'll also be able to eat foods I can't currently. To help please share the link with family and friends.
