House Fire (blackpool) Young Family

So this evening around 8:45 I was on the way home from getting food for the kids and my partner, I drove passed alot of smoke with my partner in law  near steels and didn't see any fire services so we drove round to make sure they had been rung and everyone was okay, I was told two little girls and a mum lived in there by a neighbour, the house went from nothing to big in a few minutes, the burger van guy turned up before me and was knocking on doors to get people out of there property as the fire was spreading, I asked a neighbour if there was anyone inside she said the mum and the partner, one of the neighbours little boys was cold and scared so I asked her if she wanted him to sit in the car and and I seen the girl and her boyfriend run from the side of the house from the back and she was lead on the floor I went over to make sure she was okay as I am trained in first aid, and we sat across the road she was in tears, with no shoes on her house had gone up in flames that she had just bought with no house insurance and had 2 young girls that stay with there dad on the weekend, her phone was in the house to and her boyfriends, her words was my home, our house, its all gone, it's never going to get back to how it was I've lost everything and my home, she had just done her daughters bedroom I nearly cried, me and her partner was trying to calm her down and trying to assure her everything would be okay I sat with her for about 15 minutes before asking if they wanted me to ring an ambulance as they had been inside and I was worried about the amount of smoked they had inhaled and cause they had both been on fire and there burns, they shown me the burns and considering the state of there tshirts and the house I'm surprised there burns wasn't bad, 5 minutes later an ambulance came luckily enough they where okay and the children where at there dad's for the weekend, I told her I would write my number down and see if I could get some plasterers in to have a look at the damage soon as she was aloud in the property and also told her I would get her as much help as possible for her and her girls to be able to live and get there home back to livable she gave me a hug crying saying thankyou and her boyfriend said thankyou and went into the ambulance, they have lost everything, she didn't even have shoes on, the fire was bad not sure how much it spread but it went from little nothing to blowing top two windows of the living room and melted the bottom bit of the living room window, the fire service came in time to put it out before it got alot worse for her house and the neighbours so a big thankyou to them and there timings and services at this time it is hard enough so please anyone that can help no matter how little every little will help towards fixing the house and providing for this family, I will also be doing a post on Facebook for help towards clothes for her and the children and essentials beds bedding ect for them and basically anything for them to get through this time, ❤️

I spoke to a few of the neighbours to see if anyone new her name one said she thinks it was karry or kerry, (UPDATE) Name: Carrie Parkes, I gave a police women my number and a note on a brown envelope to give to her as she was in the ambulance, thankyou to the neighbour for the pen please anyone help this family I was so ready for going in for those little girls I said it's better my kids dinner being cold can be warned up but kids being hurt is more important so glad they wasn't there and that their mum and her boyfriend was okay i am so sorry about her house and want to help as much as I can she told me what happened and how the fire started she tried to put it out I was shaking cause I was so cold and I literally nearly cried,

Update!! 3 daughters not 2, but only 2 live with mum age 11 and 7
