Chiropractic Mission to Nicaragua

     My name is Dr. Jarek Esarco. For the last 3 years I have been involved with a wonderful organization called Michael U. Kale Hands of Hope. For over 3 decades, Hands of Hope and its team of specialized doctors have traveled the world to over 32 different countries to provide healthcare to the most destitute of individuals. More recently in the past five years, they have dedicated a majority of their time to the people of Nicaragua. The team has served this specialized care to over 81,000 people who come from near and far to receive care. Hands of Hope is dedicated to improving the health of sick and underprivileged communities around the world from the inside out. As a member of the health team, I provide free Specific Chiropractic care to individuals who do not have the opportunity to receive this essential type of care. I have been on four mission trips to Nicaragua at this point in time. I have had the opportunity to care for over 2,000 patients on my mission trips and I'm looking forward to trip number five January 10-17th, 2015. The funds acquired will go first and foremost to the free Chiropractic care to be served to the people of Nicaragua. Other costs included are airfare, local accommodations and transportation. The mission trip is set at $2,500. Any additional proceeds  gathered will go directly to Michael U. Kale Hands of Hope, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to help fund and promote future mission trips. kalehoh.com

     The video below is a testimony example from my last trip to Nicaragua. The young boy had Spasticity of his left hand, a type of Paralysis that caused his hand to never open and be in a permanent clenched position. The Spasticity was caused by a wrenching of his neck during the birthing process. Soon after his first adjustment, his hand began to open for the first time.
