KIDNEY TRANSPLANT RELATED FUNDS

Hi my name is Kassandra, but my friends and family call me Kassie. I was born with Congenital Nephritic Syndrome. I was diagnosed at 5 months old. When my mother found out what I had the doctors told my mother children with my disease don't live after 5 years old. Thanking God for making me a Miracle Baby I am now 25 years old. I had been on peritoneal dialysis until my mother donated me a kidney when I was two years old. They told my mother "I'm sorry we did everything we could" they left my mother and I alone after pulling the plug; my mother started praying for me and thanking God I started breathing on my own again. My mother’s kidney lasted me 9 years when I was 11 I started on Hemo Dialysis. Needing a second kidney transplant it was hard cause my antibodies were high enough they started me on this treatment called IVIG to try to lower my antibodies as much as possible so when I got my kidney I wouldn't reject it. I waited 6 years for my second kidney I finally received it on January 03, 2009. My family and I were more than ecstatic. A year and a half later I got a virus called the CMV virus and it attacked the kidney so quick. I was getting so much pain where the kidney was, they had to remove it and I went back on Hemo dialysis in September 2011, we tried the IVIG treatment again to see if it will help until I got another kidney. Apparently I stopped responding to those treatment because I received a kidney transplant on November 30, 2015 it got me really bad. The doctors said that it was a complete rejection, that if they would have not taken it out when they did I would have been dead within the next 24 hours. My body rejected the kidney the moment they closed me up after receiving the kidney transplant. So they removed the kidney 6 days later after the transplant. I believe God has a reason for everything (yes we cried and we were depressed about it), but we moved on and said God is in control. On May 26, 2016 I started getting really bad pain on my right abdomen where they had transplanted my first transplant which was my mothers kidney, but kept thinking it was just my ovaries but the pain kept getting worse day by day. So I went to the emergency room and the doctors did every exam known to see what was hurting me so bad. They found that my mothers kidney was filled with pus and had Hematomas and found two small stones. I didn't think it was possible because that kidney had been dead for over 15 years. They were treating me with antibiotics I spent my birthday in the hospital. The day after my birthday I made the hospital transfer me to my transplant center in the Cleveland Clinic ASAP. When I got there the transplant doctors came in my room and said your going straight into surgery to have that kidney removed right after dialysis. While I was in surgery my mother received a call from Shands transplant center, that I am no longer allowed to be on their list because my PRA levels are extremely high. We are only allowed to be on one list and of course we chose to stay on the Cleveland clinic transplant list. The plan now is to find a donor (deceased or live) that has high antibody levels as I do; which is very rare. The reason why I am trying to raise as much money as possible is to pay for gas for when I have to go to doctors appointment, food, lodging, etc. please help me raise money. After reading my story please share this on all social media possible also at work at the gym in the park where ever possible. Please I'm super tired all the time now. Doctors don't want me to work because of how tired I am most of the time. I've been through about 27 surgeries my whole life please help me! I've gotten 3 PD catheters, 4 HD catheters, 1 fistula, 1 fistula reposition, 1 graft put it 4 aneurysms removal in my Fistula/Graft (Dialysis access) 1 appendix removal, 3 kidney transplants, 3 kidney transplants removal, 1 stent removal, 3 JP catheters, 1 Ovarian Cyst Removal. All I need is one more kidney transplant and hopefully it will last a lifetime! Please help me! If your reading this please share this!
