Nick Crowder Funeral Fund

Nick Crowder, native of Johnson City, TN, was a record-setting basketball player for Science Hill High School. He continued his career and played basketball at Southern Wesleyn University. Standing at 6'9", Nick was a force to be reckoned with on the court but spent his short life giving back to his community. Nick spent 5 years in the Anderson community giving back as a teacher, coach, and mentor at Glenview Middle, Lakeside Middle and Westside High. He recently moved to Asheville, NC where he worked for the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club. His selflessness and patience were always evident when you saw him work with his special needs students. His emotion, leadership, and love for the game were very evident when you saw him coach basketball. He was a fun-loving, adventure-seeking and very talented individual. He had a huge heart and really loved what he did and cared deeply for those around him. He was loved by his family and his friends and adored by his students.  

Nick lost his life very suddenly, the morning of Friday, November 24th. During this emotional time, we hope you will donate some money as soon as possible to help offset the cost of the funeral.
