Help Nick's Family Following His Tragic Murder

Hello, my name is Kimberly, and I'm collecting donations for the family of Nick Hokema. All donations will go through his partner, Nicole.

On January 15th, Nick Hokema was tragically murdered, and his body was discovered in the Westfield Southcenter Mall parking lot. Nick, was a dedicated night-shift taxi driver for RediCab, his cab is still missing. As of now, no suspect has been identified.

The loss of Nick has been profoundly devastating for those who loved him. Recently learning he was going to be an uncle, Nick had been enthusiastically researching how to establish a college fund for his niece before his untimely death.

Nicole Sharkody, Nick's girlfriend of five years, is grappling with the profound loss. She fondly recalls Nick as someone who took a genuine interest in the lives of the people he drove. The last time she saw Nick was on the night of January 14th, and the following morning, she received a message from one of Nick's colleagues stating that he was missing.

Nick, an exceptional PNW Plant, Cat, & Dog Dad, found joy in playing video games and exploring new foods. His vibrant presence made him a joy for everyone around him. The void left by his passing is immeasurable.
