Nick Hunter's Medical Bills

Donation protected
My dad has always been a hardworking man his entire life. With everything he has going on right now he still continues to go to work.. Hes pushing thru the pain day after day so that way he knows his bills are paid and now all the medical bills that are adding up due to not having health insurance.. He's Already over 10 thousand dollars in medical bills and they are going to keep adding up.  I would like to help take the burden off his shoulders,  so any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Even small amounts add up.  We want to thank each and everyone of you who have been there to support us as this is not an easy journey..

So I know many people have been wondering what is going on...well 2 weeks and 3 days ago our lives were turned upside down when we got news we never expected. About 2 months ago Nick
started having pain. We ended up at the ER where we were treated like shit because we have no health insurance. They said muscle spasms and sent us on our way. We knew it wasnt that but what do you do. So a week later (march 19th) I talk him into going to urgent care by then we were positive he had kidney stones. They do a no dye ct scan. The doctor confirms a kidney stone, prescribes something to help pass it and sends us on our way. Well we about 10 minutes after we get home we get the worst call..... the Dr is very sorry but the radiologist report for the ct scan came back and he doesnt have a kidney stone at all. He has a soft tissue cell mass on the head of his pancreas that she thought was a kidney stone... along with a large lesion in the middle of his liver along with several smaller lesions on his liver and all the abdominal lymph nodes are enlarged.... she says all signs of metastatic cancer. Wait what how did we go from kidney stones to cancer..... so that monday we go to our primary care doctor who does bloodwork and feels that yes it is probably cancer and refers us to an oncology surgeon. We went there on thurs 25th. He was amazing and said because we dont have health insurance he would skip several things if we were comfortable with that to save us money because this is going to get very costly. We agree because we just want answers as to what we are dealing with for sure. So he sets up for a biopsy of the biggest spot which is the lesion in the middle of his liver to name sand stage what is going on. Meanwhile Nick who has the highest pain tolerance I have seen is in the worst pain I have seen in my life and they say there is pretty much nothing we can do at this point because the pain is coming from inside the organs themselves. So this morning we will be at the hospital to get this biopsy done. I am a realist and seeing the amount of pain he is in I know the results are not going to be in our favor. Especially since when I called the oncology surgeons office monday to see if they could help with the pain and of course they couldnt but did say after reviewing his charts and bloodwork further there is most likely going to be an MRI ordered (we know it's to see how far its spread but they cant say that without confirming what "it" is yet). So I want to thank everyone that has reached out so far for your support even though most people had no idea. I truly appreciate and love you all. Please keep us in your thoughts today that the biopsy goes easy for him. Thanks
