Nick Lechner Final Expense Fund

Hi. My name is Annette and I am trying to help my sister-in-law and her husband, Nick and Kimberly Corbin-Lechner raise funds to handle Nick's final expenses..

Nick and Kimi were married on November 20, 1999. Things were going along quite well, and then in October of 2016, Nick was diagnosed with HPV throat cancer. Nick has fought a long and hard battle since that time, going through surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, and finally, two types of immunotherapy, with many ups and downs (the cancer has come back three times). The cancer has been relentless and has continued to spread in the head & neck areas.

To make matters worse, while all this has been happening with Nick, Kimi has been battling some serious health problems and undergoing surgeries of her own. Even so, she has continued to take care of her sweetheart, Nick.

In Nick's last appt. with his doctor (this past Monday 5/29/23), the doctor determined that because there is no further treatment for Nick's cancer, it is time to bring in hospice care and indicated that they need to prepare for Nick's final wishes.

Those of you who know Nick and Kimi know what a wonderful couple they are. They have a great marriage with a strong Christian-based foundation. They are not the type of people who ask for help often, if ever, but they could really use some help to deal with Nick's final expenses. Nick's long battle with cancer and then Kimi’s serious health problems, have together, wiped out any savings they had.

I would be so appreciative of any help you could give Nick and Kimi in this regard. I would just really like to see Kimi, not have to struggle to pay for that stuff, while also having to deal with the loss of her beloved Nick.
