Nicholas Bybel Pro Tennis Fund
Donation protected
My name is Nicholas Bybel and I have been playing tennis for as long as I can remember. Whenever my two older sisters would be playing with my parents I would try to sneak onto the court as much as possible to hit. I fell in love with this incredible sport at a young age and at 24 I am just as passionate about tennis as I was then. I can’t wait to get back out there this year and compete internationally. Traveling for tennis can be very expensive which is why I am asking for your support in helping me pursue my dream of climbing the ATP rankings.
These funds will go towards my traveling expenses such as stringing costs, housing, food, and airfare. Playing tennis professionally has been my full time job since graduating from Bucknell University with an Economics degree in May of 2016. At Bucknell University I was a two time conference player of the year, rookie of the year, member of the doubles team of the year, four time first team all-conference, as well as the singles and combined victories record holder. So far in my transition from college tennis to my professional career I have acquired 5 ATP singles points and 24 ATP doubles points winning the Sri Lanka F1 Futures.
I will be starting my 2018 professional tournament schedule on February 26th in India and will be competing in four tournaments. My goal for this year is to play over 25 tournaments and with your help I will be able to do so. If you choose to help support my endeavors you will be able to follow my results and travel experiences on this page which I will be posting photos, training videos, and writing blogs about my career.
Thank you for taking your time to read a brief summary of my life and for considering helping fund my dream. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or wish to know more about me and my tennis career.
