Nicky, you are forever in our heart

At 1:30 p.m., September 9th, 2016, Nicky passed in his sleep with his Loving mother and father at his side, along with the presence of a very dedicated and loving care team.  For four months, Nicky fought hard and valiantly in the face of overwhelming odds and adversity, and he fought with all of his heart and will.  Mommy and Daddy are very proud of their boy and know that the impact Nicky had was far-reaching and profound.

This go-fund me account was set up to assist with the funeral and burial costs.  Regardless of donation, Matt and Lizzy appreciate everyones thoughts and prayers at this extrmely difficult time.
