Nicholas Swindle

Nicholas Ryan Swindle, born October 5, 1987, in Jacksonville, Florida, passed away at the end of May while living in London, England, at the age of 36.

He graduated from Gallatin High School in May 2006 and then attended The University of Tennessee where he was President of the Resident Assistant Association. Nicholas graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UT in May 2010 and went on to law school where he received his J.D. in May 2013. While attending school he interned for Rep. Tim Burchett, adopted his beloved dog Knox, and then married the love of his life in 2011. After graduation from law school, Nick passed the New York bar and went on to Boston University where he received his LL.M., graduating in May 2016. Nick continued his love of education and people by sitting on several boards and staying involved with his alma maters, including his current position on the BU Law Young Alumni Council. Nick spent the majority of his career at EY specializing in Transaction Tax before moving to Solertia to make a more permanent home in London, England.

Nick leaves behind his loving wife Margaret and his beloved dog Knox; as well as his parents, sister, grandparents and many close family and friends. He is survived by two nephews.

The monies will be deployed based on Nicks wife's Margarets wishes.
