Nicole is a lovely young lady who has a bubbly, funny personality. She is 20 years old and has just gained a level three qualification in beauty therapy. Furthermore, she is also a member of the Givenchy and Debenhams teams respectively. She is a massive lover of all animals big and small and has a near on obsession with dogs.

Nicole was on holiday in Croatia with her boyfriend when she sustained a serious injury on a excursion. She has fractured her 12th vertebrae which resulted in her being transported via ambulance to Dubrovnik hospital. There x-rays revealed a part of the fracture had entered the spinal fluid, which is surrounded by vital nerves. This resulted in Nicole needing emergency transportation to KBC Split hospital via air ambulance. There she had to undergo an emergency operation to prevent the fracture causing further injuries to the spine. 

This operation has resulted in her having 6 pins and 2 rods in her spine. She has begun on a difficult road to recovery but needs help to fully achieve this. She currently cannot sit and can barely stand or walk even with the support of a brace and physiotherapist.

Nicole is now in need of support to cover the medical expenses of her operation and care in Croatia, as well as funding for her transport home. Due to the current state she is in transportation back to England over land or commercially is currently out of the question. The only safe and viable option is to hire an air ambulance with the assistance of a doctor and nurse on board to avoid complications and get her to a UK hospital safe so she can continue her recovery.
