Nicole Forte

On Saturday February 29th, just days before her 27th birthday, Nicole Forte succumbed to a long addiction to heroin.   In addition to herself, Nicole took her unborn baby girl with her to heaven.  She left a beautiful 8 year old daughter behind.  Nicole fought a terrible battle with addiction and she struggled hard.  As with most tragedies, family and friends have reached out and asked what they can do to help and this is the family's response.  Nicole died without life insurance and left behind Mariah, her daughter.  In lieu of flowers, a donation to this fund will pay for funeral expenses and the remainder will be used to set up a college fund for her daughter.
