Nicole’s Emergency Lumbar Surgery

11 years ago My Beautiful Wife suffered a horrific 18-wheeler accident that has caused her to have Lower back and cervical neck surgery. The past month Nicole has been dealing with sciatic nerve damage/pain that has progressed into at one point and time to the extent that she was completely immobilized for a couple of days. After visiting 3 different hospitals in less than 5 days, suffering a mild medical diagnosed heart attack, multiple CT scans and MRI's and finally consulting with her primary doctor and surgeon. It has been determined that she needs to have immediate corrective Lumbar Surgery on November 10th.  After she recovers from that surgery, 6-9 months, she will then undergo the Cervical Neck surgery. Our goal has been determined simply by the actual price of the Lumbar Surgery at his point and time. On November 10th we will need to provide half the amount, $2,500, in order to proceed with her surgery. Nicole and I are a family of 6; 2 daughters and 2 sons ranging from age 15-2. I am severely apologetic for even asking; but from the bottom of my heart and soul if you could help us reach our goal so that my beautiful wife may be able to attempt to return to a pain free life.
