Hello, I'm Estefania, and I want to share my nephew Nicolas' story with you. He's only 17 and recently experienced a terrible car crash, leaving him in the ICU fighting for his life. The accident resulted in a broken spine, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. The financial burden has been overwhelming for our family, as Nicolas was not ensured.
