NIKE Indoor & OUTDOOR National Championships!

Bridgeport CT is a vibrant, but poor, community largely made up of immigrants from around the world. This year our indoor track team (which practices outdoors all season as we don't have an indoor track) has SIX athletes who have qualified for the National Championships!! This is the first time in Bridgeport's history. The District is severely underfunded and they never anticipated having to budget for something like this. But these young men EARNED this opportunity! We are raising money to cover hotel and meals for the boys and coaches while at the meet in NYC. Any additional funds raised will be saved for Outdoor Nationals at the University of Oregon!!
