Support Nikki’s Family with Funeral & Memorial Expenses

Hello,
My name is Tara, and I am a longtime family friend of Dalila and her family. It is with a heavy heart that I share the story of a young woman who touched so many lives with her strength, spirit, and unwavering love, Nikki Gaspar.
Nikki was just 30 years old, but her life was a testament to resilience. She was born with a developmental disability, epilepsy, autism, and later diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Throughout her life, she faced more health challenges than most could imagine. Yet through it all, Nikki never gave up. She endured every battle, including surviving throat cancer, with grace, humor, and a quiet strength that inspired everyone around her.
In a heartbreaking turn, Nikki was later diagnosed with stomach cancer. Despite the odds, she continued to fight fiercely while lifting the spirits of those around her with her infectious smile and vibrant sense of humor. She had a remarkable gift for making others feel seen, valued, and loved, even when she was the one in pain.
Earlier this year, doctors shared devastating news: the cancer had spread to her colon and there were no further treatment options. Nikki spent her final days in palliative care at Brampton Civic Hospital, surrounded by her devoted family, her mother Dalila, her stepfather Irtz, and her younger brother Tyler, who never left her side.
On April 21, 2025, Nikki took her final breath in her mother’s arms. Though her time here was short, her impact was profound. Her legacy is one of courage, love, and light.
Now, as her family grieves this unimaginable loss, they face the burden of funeral and memorial expenses. We are asking, with humble hearts, for your support. Your donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward helping the family lay Nikki to rest with the dignity and love she so deeply deserves.
