It is with profound sadness that we mourn the unexpected death of Laura Berg, who passed away suddenly on August 4th, 2018 due to an unexpected cardiac event. The outpouring of love from people who knew Laura from every season of her life is a testament to the many lives she touched and how brightly her sweet light shone.
Those of you who knew and loved Laura, knew of her dedication and love for her children, twin siblings Nita and CJ Berg. Laura was a loving and devoted Mother, and her passing has left her children with an indescribable amount of devastation, confusion and grief.
Laura was the only parent Nita and CJ had, and because of the health issues faced over the years, she was unable to secure life insurance to provide for her family in the event of her early passing. As you can imagine, on top of the devastating grief her children are facing, the financial burden of her loss is also a crushing blow. Laura’s unexpected passing has left the children to wrestle a precarious financial situation while figuring out how to handle their normal life expenses.
This memorial fund is being established with love for the sake of Laura’s beautiful twins, Nita & CJ Berg. We are raising money for them, to help them get through this difficult time. The memorial fund will help Nita & CJ meet their every day needs, such as food, health care, and transportation, and beyond that, our dream is to help them get caught up on everything past due, so that they can have the chance to move forward with a blank slate.
