Support Milka Espinal's Fight Against Rare Cancer

Milka Espinal, 24 years young, had just realized her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse in 2024 when her life took a dramatic turn. Shortly before her 24th birthday, she was rushed to the emergency room in New Jersey and later transferred to Penn State University Hospital, where she was diagnosed with two sarcoma tumors, both of which are an extremely rare Angiosarcoma, affecting only one in a million people in the U.S. each year. This diagnosis is particularly shocking, as this cancer typically occurs in people over 70.

Milka, who recently celebrated her 24th birthday in August, is now stable and has begun intensive chemotherapy. She had just completed six years of College - 4 years at Stony Brook University and 2 years at Rutgers University - only to have her promising future suddenly overshadowed by this diagnosis.
