Support Amanda's Battle Against Cancer

On May 13th, 2024, Amanda attended a routine OB/GYN appointment, where a large lump was discovered in her breast. An immediate mammogram and biopsy revealed that Amanda, at just 30 years old, has triple negative breast cancer. In what should be the best days of her life, Amanda now faces many unexpected and challenging battles.

Amanda and her fiancé have recently moved into a new home and were planning to marry on September 8th. Sadly, they now have to cancel their wedding, into which they have invested most of their life savings. Amanda will undergo chemotherapy and surgeries, including a double mastectomy and necessary reconstructive surgery, forcing her to miss work and adding financial strain to an already difficult situation. She will also need egg retrieval procedures to preserve the possibility of starting a family, adding another significant expense. Despite their diligent savings, they now face major financial insecurity due to increased medical expenses and reduced income.
