Need to save my dogs

Hi, I'm Susan. I had to move to another city in the spring. I am on disability. I have Parkinson's and it's difficult for me to get the dogs out as there is no fence where I am. Now they have gotten in fights twice because they're used to being in a fence. I am trying to save some money to put one up but I know I gather the whole thing by myself and I can't save it soon enough. Please help me get started with this in any way you can. If my dogs keep getting in trouble they'll be put down.
