Thank you for visiting this page! My name is Nkechi Amadi, and I have the most amazing news! I am absolutely filled with joy to announce that I am a finalist to compete in the 2017 Miss Nigeria USA Pageant that will be held on August 12, 2017. I am so blessed and thankful to be able to represent my country in a manner that showcases the beauty of our people, inside and out. The title of Miss Nigeria USA is laced with such honor, humility, esteem, and elegance that I strive to embody.
This pageant will allow me to also showcase the voices of the unheard. I believe that it’s BIGGER than me. My platform is to help and encourage children of incarcerated parents. This has been a platform that has been on my heart for years now, and this pageant will allow me to shed light on such a taboo and overlooked issue. I am also an advocate for anyone who feels as though the odds are stacked against them. I strive to be that living proof.
So now I ask you, friends, family, colleagues and supporters to help me help others as I embark on this journey. This pageant requires a sponsorship fee to cover pageant expenses: accommodation, travel, wardrobe, promo, miscellaneous. Anything is something. Kind words are something. No amount is too small!
