Alexander Family

My name is Marilyn Alexander. I am creating this on behalf of my son Brandon (against his wishes as he would never ask for help but at this point there are no other options), my daughter in law Yvette and my grandkids Aiden, Sophia and Andy Alexander.

On June 20th, 2023 Baby Andy underwent his third and fourth brain surgeries. He has acquired hydrocephalus due to a large arachnoid cyst. Doctors preformed an open craniotomy cyst fenestration and shunt revision due to shunt failure. Andy has had multiple seizures and somehow contracted parainfluenza. He is struggling to recover.

Brandon has been off work without pay as he used all of his vacation, sick leave and FMLA on Andy's first two brain surgeries. Yvette is also not working and has no income at this time. It's a two hour drive to the hospital and gas is expensive. It is a long and exhausting drive everyday. Hotel rooms near the hospital where Brandon prefers to be with Aiden and Sophia and close to Yvette and Andy are also very expensive, as is food and necessities.
