Eileen The Pearl Peacock - Art Car Project

Our incredible team has worked hard to make our art car dream a reality, but we couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you to our amazing community who supported us through this process. We’ve now brought Eileen to the playa three times, including the Renegade Burn in 2021. We’ve given countless rides and made the playa even more magical, thanks to you!

Unfortunately, we’ve had financial struggles through the pandemic without camp dues to offset the costs of storage. Our towing system is broken and needs replacing. And last year’s rough roads bent our feathers way out of shape. We need financial support if we are going to bring The Pearl Peacock to the playa this year. Anything helps! Our S'mores camp in Illumination Village is building our very own art car! Her name is Eileen (inspired by our Mom, Grandma) and she will be a gorgeous pearlescent white peacock to drive you around the playa. She'll have giant 10 ft feathers that will be CNC cut out of aluminum and powder coated white to give her a giant gorgeous fan of plumage to attract sexy mates (that means you!) There will be cuddle benches on either side of her body to provide ample seating for your ample buttocks as we cruise to deep playa to provide our s'mores to the citizens of Black Rock City.

This is a labor of love to honor our 91 year old Matriarch Eileen... from a team of family made up of Dennis who is father to Cassidy who is nephew to Kristen along with honorary family members as well.

We have built a large portion of the car already but we need your help to finish! Money you contribute would go toward:

- heavy duty casters ($300/each!) to support the weight of giant burner butts

- 5x beautiful CNC cut peacock feathers, 10' long!

- fabric to cover our sexy peacock body

- a trailer to allow us to transport the car to the playa and back

- radical lighting to qualify us for our night license

- a deep cycle battery to run that lighting all night long

- a sound system to bump while we cruise the city

We are a small crew and are contributing our own money (and a '97 honda civic!) to the cause of getting Eileen onto the playa for burning man 2019. We would appreciate even the smallest contribution to help.
