Unpaid leave of absence

Due to strong side effects of radiation treatments, I have had to take an unpaid leave of absence from my job. I am in need of help for atleast a month to 6 weeks, in regards to bills, rent,food, etc. I greatly appreciate all the help from everyone in the past. I hate asking again, but these treatments are kicking my tail. Please help if you can, also share. Thank you all.
