July 4th 2018 @925pm Israel was outside his house watching fireworks as he was walking across the street multiple shots were fired and had struck him in his chest. Israel is 18, had a job a car and was in school for barbering that has always been his dream to become a barber. He is the oldest out of 3 and has helped his parents out a lot.  All money will go to his parents for the memorial service + funeral.
