No drinking until 1st November

After suffering some mental health problems 
recently, I’ve decided to have a month off alcohol.   Someone suggested I try and raise a bit of money    so I’ve decided to raise money for SANDS  

I lost my daughter when she was just 7 weeks old,   and charities like this really help parents through    this difficult time
