No Food, No Medicine, No Hope: A Cry for Survival from Gaza

My name is Yasmin, a Palestinian from Gaza, living with my three siblings in a war that never ends, surrounded by loss that can never be replaced, and hunger that knows no mercy

Since childhood, loss has been my closest companion. My father passed away from cancer when I was just two years old, and with him, we lost our sense of security. Then came war after war, taking more from us each time—our home, our safety, the people we love, and even the simplest means to survive.

Today, we are trapped in a world that has closed in on us. With the ongoing war and siege, even finding food has become a daily battle. Just yesterday, we stood in line for hours hoping to get a small bag of flour, only to be turned away because supplies had run out. Water, something so basic, has become a luxury. We wait in long lines at a nearly destroyed station, hoping to fill just one small container, while children around us cry from thirst.

When one of us gets sick, all I have to offer is patience and prayers. There are no medicines, no doctors, and no hospitals we can reach without risking our lives. Even electricity—something that once used to go out for hours—is now just a memory.

We are four siblings, with no provider and no source of income, trying to survive in this devastation. We urgently need €2,500 to secure food, water, and medicine—just to stay alive.

This is not just a fundraising campaign. This is an SOS. A plea for survival. A desperate call to keep my siblings from going to bed hungry again, to prevent losing one of them simply because I couldn’t afford medicine.
