No Waterville Amphitheater: Citizens Defense Fund
Donation protected
We are a group of Waterville citizens who love our community and its small-town charm. We believe an amphitheater of this size would have far-reaching adverse effects on citizens' quality of life. We care deeply about this issue and have hired a legal team to represent the concerned citizens of Waterville. The City of Waterville guarantees citizens the Right to Peaceful Enjoyment of their Homes. This right is granted by the City of Waterville Community Bill of Rights, established in 2016. An amphitheater is in direct opposition to this and will violate your right. With the unwanted noise, traffic delays, neighborhoods turned into parking lots, increase in crime, emergency response delays, and tripling of the population each time there is an event – it is hard to imagine maintaining peace in this city or your home. You can help the effort to secure this right by contributing to this fund. Any unused funds will be donated to the Waterville Firemen's Association.
*Though this states donations will benefit Lisa Webber, funds will be used only for the legal defense of Waterville citizens against the amphitheater. You may request to see our books at any time. Lisa Webber is the treasurer for this fund.
