Noa needs your help please!

This kitty right here is our grand daughter support kitty, his name is Noa and hes 5 yrs old. Noa means a lot to our grand daughter as well as the rest of our family. Unfortunately Noa is sick, it started last week and we did research on his symptoms and everything we find shows Noa needs a vet.
