On Saturday, August 21st 2022 Noah went for a walk in New Orleans to get some exercise. He was a victim of an armed robbery where he was brutally shot and left for dead. He underwent a 6-hour surgery and multiple procedures. He's lucky to be alive.
Noah is facing a long recovery. This includes years of rehab. Currently, he is paralyzed in a wheelchair. In the past years, he has been readmitted to the hospital for surgeries and infections. It is a constant and ongoing uphill battle.
Noah is a Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering student who is following in his grandfather's footsteps. He has a fantastic sense of humor. He enjoys his gaming community and fills the home with laughter when he is with his online friends. He is determined to rebuild his life and become a productive member of society.
Noah is responsible, helpful, and caring. What happened to him was unbelievably unfair.
The funds will help him find his new normal, cover expenses and purchase equipment he needs.
