On May 26, Noah had a severe, life-threatening stroke while on vacation in Mexico, just two days before his 29th birthday. He was taken to the nearest hospital where his friends had to max out their credit cards just to get him in the door. Noah rushed into emergency brain surgery, which he came out of unable to move the entire left side of his body, from the neck down. More friends chipped in, and a medical evacuation plane was sent to pick up Noah, where they were stopped by hospital security until even more money was paid for his release.

Noah finally made it home but has a long road ahead of him. Just since being home, he has already had an additional surgery and many tests. His doctors are hopeful, but there is no guarantee that he will ever regain the use of the left side of his body. He will require intensive inpatient medical rehabilitation for months.
To make matters worse, Noah’s insurance terminated on his birthday, May 28th and he has no disability insurance. His upfront medical costs are already over $80,000 just to keep him alive and get him out of Mexico, and this is just the beginning of his battle.
Noah works as an ICU nurse, and has dedicated his life to helping others and keeping a watchful eye on his friends and family. Unfortunately, he will not be working anytime soon, so now we have the opportunity to do the same for him.
Thank you to the many of people that have reached out and asked how they can help. This is the help that we cannot go on without. We ask for anything that can help us keep Noah in the care that he so desperately needs.
Noah is currently at the Barrow Neurological Institute located inside St Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, receiving the best care possible.

My name is Preston, and with the help of his family, have created this GoFundMe for my partner Noah.
