Support & Prayers for Noah, Haylee, and Jayci Mohr

We are requesting prayers and monetary support for our son, Noah, the love of his life, Haylee, and their sweet newborn daughter, Jayci. The joy of Jayci's birth quickly turned to concern as she was transported to Helen DeVos Children's Hospital's NICU in her first 24 hours of life when it was determined that she was having seizures. Her neurological team gave us the devastating news that an MRI shows that Jayci has moderate brain damage. They are unsure at this point what deficits she will face because of this. Further testing is ongoing. To make this situation even more heart-wrenching, Haylee's health is still very concerning. She has been diagnosed with having pre-eclampsia, which has caused her blood pressure to spike frequently since Jayci's birth. Her condition has caused her to be admitted as well, separating her from Jayci for extended periods. She is being monitored closely to reduce the risk of stroke and seizures as these high spikes aim to attack her brain. She is on her second round of a 24-hour magnesium drip along with other medications to ward of headaches and keep her blood pressure within safe parameters. Noah is facing the unthinkable, being constantly torn between Haylee and Jayci and trying to navigate what their new normal will look like. His broad shoulders are carrying so much.
