Funeral for 16 year-old Noah Smith
Donation protected
Dear friends and family,
I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of my little brother Noah Smith. At only sixteen years old Noah was unexpectedly killed in Bunnell, Florida shooting. Noah was sitting outside with our sister on January 12th, 2021 enjoying the night when a car came out of nowhere and started shooting. Caught in the crossfire, Noah was hit in the abdomen and died at AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital. Law enforcement do not belive he was the target of the shooting. He was at the wrong place, wrong time. A link to the news article can be found here https://flaglerlive.com/171881/smith-bunnell/
My brother was living with is dad and three younger sisters in a dangerous part of town. Selena (14), Anjelic (12), Rez (7) and they are left distraught by this tragedy. Noah was a carefree happy sixteen year old boy looking forward to what life had in store for him. He enjoyed playing basketball and video games, listening to music, LOVED his collection of Jordan shoes and hanging out with his family. Noah's passing was sudden and unexpected. We all miss our brother terribly. He was my bestfriend. Sometimes he was misunderstood but never by me. My brother and I were close and my family will never be the same without him. I would do anything to protect and help my siblings. I need to go to Florida and make sure justice is served for Noah. My younger silblings have already been through so much, this was the last thing anyone was expecting. We are absolutely devastated by Noah’s passing and are struggling to find the funds to fly my family in Arizona out to Florida, make final arrangements and cover the cost of the service.
We are not exactly sure when and where the funeral service will be held but as we are updated we will keep you guys updated.
As of expenses and a breakdown of all of the costs involved in a funeral service for Noah we haven’t figured that out yet as this was a very sudden and tragic loss for my family. We will keep the go fund me updated as we are updated about everything including costs and when/where services will be held.
We are hoping to have services before the 29th of January.
Please consider donating if you are able to do so. We would like to bury him and have a proper memorial service because Noah deserves that much.
We are very grateful for every donation during this difficult time.
Thank you,
