Hero Noah's Journey with Ependymoma Brain Tumour (Age 2)

Donation protected

Our lovely friends Matt and Chloe have just received possibly the worst news that any family could receive. Their beautiful, bubbly, brilliant little boy Noah has just been through 20 hours of surgery for a brain tumour that has turned out to be Grade 2 Ependymoma. 16 weeks after Chloe gave birth to Noah’s brother Mylo, Noah suffered a seizure, and he was rushed to Hospital. What has happened in the following weeks has shaken not only them but also all their family and friends around them. Two devastating and life changing sentences. Noah has a Brain Tumour. Its Cancerous.
Bristol Children’s hospital have been fantastic, and the surgery removed as much of the brain tumour as they could, but due to it being Ependymoma, Noah now needs to be transferred to University College London Hospital for 6 weeks of life saving Proton beam therapy. Hopefully then Noah will join a trial of 16 weeks of targeted Chemotherapy, which will mean its unlikely that the family will be back home in Cornwall for Christmas.
Just writing this is proving very difficult. Noah is without a doubt an absolute Hero. He is unbelievably bright for his age, and he brings joy to anyone who comes into contact with him. He is a ray of Sunshine.
Matt, Chloe, Noah and Mylo have been through so much in such a short space of a few weeks, but as you can imagine with Chloe being on maternity leave, and with them all having to leave the family home for so long, money is going to be a huge issue for them over the coming months. We have had so many friends asking what they can do to help and where they can donate, that we have set up this go fund me to make it easy as possible for Matt, Chloe, Noah and Mylo while they navigate this difficult road ahead of them.
They are already so grateful for every message they have received for Noah, so lets try and ease the burden for them as much as possible while their lives are uprooted, so they can concentrate on looking after Noah and Mylo, and getting Noah back to full health and back where he belongs in Cornwall.
We all love you Noah, and we are all right behind you
