#NoAppleogies Workshops

#NoAppleogies is a movement created by @girlwithaciderreview on Instagram (Dec, 2020). It was created in the face of misogyny and sexism and meant to create safer spaces for everyone in the industry, especially women and other equity seeking groups. In order to proceed with learning, and moving towards change, there will be a workshop series aimed at content creators and industry professionals discussing important topics such as: workplace harassment, trauma, toxic masculinity, online branding, accountability + first hand experiences of sexism in the industry. 

This series is aimed at providing education & a discussion on how in Canada we can ensure our drink industry (online + in the taproom) are safe, inclusive places, free from gender-based violence. If you are not from Canada- you are more than welcome to attend- it is a great education piece for ALL companies and individuals in our community. The workshop series aims to be 3-4 sessions based around different topics- they will be interactive and we encourage participation. 

In order to make these workshops come to life, we will be seeking donations to cover the costs of the workshop (e.g. time, to compensate speakers, zoom costs etc.) We would appreciate any support possible to help make this possible for everyone!
