Noe Jacob Vela

Hello, we are asking for your support for our friend, family member, teacher and coach Noe Jacob Vela. After being admitted to the hospital due to not feeling well and having some health complications, Noe was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on April 24th, 2023. Throughout this battle with cancer, Noe has undergone 7 rounds of chemotherapy and 33 days worth of radiation. In an attempt to remove the cancer, Noe had surgery on January 2nd. A few days after the surgery, Noe fell extremely ill and had emergency surgery on January 6th where it was discovered he had septic shock. Since then he has had numerous complications and has been in the ICU, IMU but is now slowly trying to recover from this latest setback. He is running out of paid days off at work and all of this treatment and care has proven very expensive and Noe will now need in-home health care around the clock until he can recover from this setback.

If you know anything about Noe, then you know how selfless, positive and happy of a person he is. Despite all the challenges he’s been presented with, from the very beginning he has taken this head on and kept a positive attitude for himself and everyone around him. He’s given so much to the communities of Galena Park and Flour Bluff and never expects anything in return. He is an admirable son, friend, teacher and coach and is loved by everyone that knows him and we are asking that you help support him in his time of need.
