Noel (Robbie) recovery fund

Some of you know what happened to Noel. For those of you that don't. He was one of the victims shot on Monday 7-31-17 at the Townhomes on Academy and Carefree. He lost a lot of blood and was taken into surgery immediately after arriving at the hospital. He is still in ICU but is doing well considering what he has been through. He is uninsured and will not be able to work for a while. We will be applying for assistance, but can't yet because the police can't locate his wallet and we need his ID. I am working with an advocate to get this resolved. He is going to need rehab and then I will be taking care of him in my home.

He was a victim of a crime commited by an insane stranger that afterwards killed himself. We hate to have to ask for help but he is in extreme need right now.
