Noel Salanga memorial fundraising

Hi, my name is Ruben Apilado Salanga, my dearest brother has left us on May 19th after fighting a COVID infection for the past week in San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines.

Noel leaves behind 2 adult children and 4 teenagers still in school. He has been working as a driver and supporting his family.
