NOEL'S DANCE BATTLE AGAINST CANCER
Donation protected
In 2017, my baby brother, Noel Santos Jr., married to the love of his life Taneikah, recently became a first-time father to a beautiful baby girl Zahra Rose, and made the big move to Australia to establish a better life for his family. His goal was also to pursue his love for dance and continue to teach and inspire the dance community from Guam to Australia.
In the beginning of the year, my brother was constantly feeling pain in his lower back and abdomen, which he ignored for as long as he could, until he went into his local GP and did some tests and was quickly sent to the ER.
He was diagnosed with Germ cell tumor, aka "testicular cancer" at age 25, we all did not expect that.
After his first treatment of chemotherapy, he was physically drained, but reassured us he remained mentally and spiritually strong. Unfortunately, another news hit as his results from his CT scan showed that the disease was aggressively growing, spreading to his neck and part of his lung, he is currently at a Stage 4 Cancer.
“Side effects from treatment will take a huge toll out of me so I kindly ask for your prayers and positive energy through this journey. Mentally prepared and feeling strong about this.
Very blessed and thankful for my family/friends here and back home. I don't think I'd be handling this the way I am if it weren't for them.
Lets give this cancer one hell of a dance battle” – Noel
Raising funds for my brother will support his medical expenses as he continues to courageously fight, especially being away from his home island, Guam. We are extremely appreciative for anyone taking the time to read this and offering any prayer for his journey possible. We will continue to fight this, because he definitely isn’t fighting this alone!
