Noir Bikers

Open Doors Forum (ODF) and Noir Sports are Derby based charities that are supported by committees made up of members of our local community, which include professionals from all walks of life including media, social care, mental health, education, engineering and more.

One of the group’s aims is to make a difference at ground level to the varying diverse needs of our local community.

Since 2016 Noir Sports have organised a Black Tie dinner and dance at Derby Pride Park Stadium to raise    funds for various local charities and help support young people in the community.  Due to Covid-19 Noir Sports is unable to host this event in 2020.  However, we are currently raising funds to support the education and lifelong learning of young people, to enhance their aspirations, improve their social and economic mobility and thus be equipped to offer positive contributions to society.

We are also raising funds to support community members who have been directly impacted by the effects of breast cancer and family/friends effected by issues of Covid-19, including a Memorial Service for Covid-19.  

To help with the fund raising, some of our committee members along with members of our community will be undertaking a sponsored bike ride on the Sunday, 30th August 2020.  Any offers of donations or sponsorship to support these causes would be very much appreciated.
