Be Part of NoirCon Palm Springs from November 7-10, 2024! NoirCon this year is being held at the Palm Springs Cultural Center and the historic Camelot Theatres. If you can make it, it is not too late to register. If you cannot attend this year, you can make your presence known by helping support NoirCon with a donation. You will be honored in the NoirCon 2024 Printed Program as being a Loyal Supporter of NoirCon. All contributions are tax deductible as NoirCon is a 501(c)3 charity organization.
Deen Kogan and Lou Boxer founded NoirCon in 2007 in Philadelphia, and the intimate, one-of-a-kind, and offbeat conference was immediately embraced by the mystery community. Unfortunately, Deen's sudden passing in 2018 left the NoirCon family devastated and without her ardent leadership, and the 2018 symposium was canceled. Covid prevented us from reconvening in 2020.
Now, NoirCon is ready to return, but this time to the West Coast! We will be in Palm Springs, California from November 7th - 10th.
If noir is what we fear most—loneliness, isolation, darkness, violence—then NoirCon is a community bent on embracing our fears as seen through movies, books, music or art. Misery does love company, but when it is amongst friends, it makes life just a little sweeter. By contributing to NoirCon, you help our community grow by creating a unique camaraderie of respect and love of noir arts in all their forms.
Whether you are new to NoirCon or a returning friend, we thank you for being part of this family.
