Noise Academy's Fundraiser for KidzAid Mental Health Charity
Donation protected
Music and fitness are two of the strongest contributors to mental health, and this is why Noise Academy is combining the two in support of children's mental health by raising money for KidzAid, a local children's mental health charity, and CR Fitness in Lincoln.
Over the past decade, Noise Academy has worked with some of the most vulnerable children in our communities, both inside and outside of educational settings. We are passionate about using modern music technology to engage, inspire, and support children and young adults in our communities. We have seen firsthand the transformative power of music in building confidence and self-belief while providing students with a platform to nurture their own careers.
As a company, fitness is also something that is very important to us, and we encourage all of our students to participate in it.
We are combining these two passions in the first of a series of charity events that will see local educational professionals take part in a Rowathon, rowing the 261 mile distance from Lincoln Cathedral to Brighton Pier collectively, all to the soundtrack of our students DJing live at the event.
All proceeds from the event will go to the KidzAid, a children's mental health charity to contribute towards much needed therapy sessions in schools, as well as Noise Academy's Community Fund to provide free lessons to children in our region.
