NOISE: Photographic Exhibition by Philip Harris

Donation protected
Phil Harris, NOISE exhibition:  Wednesday, 31 May - Saturday, 3 June. 11 am – 6 pm The Four Corners Gallery, 121 Roman Rd, Bethnal Green, London E2 0QN.
Thank you everyone who made the launch such a success.
Phil Harris is a fantastic human being, a good friend and an incredibly talented photographer, whose body of work has largely remained hidden from the public gaze. Phil’s perceptive eye has captured the things he has enjoyed and received pleasure from throughout his life - companionship, travel and adventure. Sadly, Phil will not be adding to this archive as his body is unwilling to co-operate with him - he can no longer hold a camera, stand or move independently. Phil has Motor Neurone Disease, a rare condition that affects his brain and nervous system, which causes weakness in his muscles and gets worse over time. This retrospective, from 31 May to 3 June at the Four Corners Gallery in Bethnal Green, is an opportunity to celebrate and share a lifetime of taking brilliant and quirky images; to appreciate the man that he is and the talent he has. Any money remaining after the costs of the exhibition has been covered, will be donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association (Registered Charity no. 294354). Four Corners Gallery and Film Project is an arts centre dedicated to independent photography and film-making located in the East End of London.Gofundme takes 2.9% + 30p from each donation. If you decide to donate you will see a section beneath your amount called Tip Gofundme. This is set to give them an additional 15%. It can be adjusted down to 0.
