Noodle needs help for hyperthyroidism treatment

Noodle was found lost or abandoned , judging by his poor condition he must have been outside starving for a few months. He is absolutely emaciated barely 6 lbs , his nails so long they had grown into his paw pads and matted all over his thin body. He has had his first vet and luckily tested neg for FIV/ Felv but he has elevated ALP levels indicating hypothyroidism. We have started him on fluids /B12 , A/D recovery food and thyroid medication. We are looking into possibly radioiodine therapy and we are looking into prices and availability. He will also need a dental cleaning with possible extractions .
