Norfolk Beautification - Mermaids

My name is Ken, I am a resident of Norfolk, living in the Ocean View area. The condition of the mermaids at the library and other areas in town concerns me. They have been vandalized and also suffered from the environment of living on the coast. The picture shows the current condition. I have enlisted the help of the woman who did the original work on many of the mermaids to help repair them. To me, these are a symbol of our local area, and we should take pride in them, admire them, and present them to visitors. The purpose of this fundraiser is to repair these mermaids to their original condition. I plan this to be the first of numerous repairs over the next year. Please help support this community project.
